2012 Queensland AFL Broadcast Information
The AFL’s new broadcast deal with partners the Seven Network, FOXTEL/FOX FOOTY comes into play for season 2012 promising Queensland fans more of Australia’s game.
On the 7 Network Australia’s callers Bruce McAvaney and Dennis Cometti return as do experts Leigh Matthews, Tim Watson, Tom Harley and Matthew Richardson.
Seven also welcomes Brian Taylor, Michael Malthouse, Luke Darcy, Cameron Ling, Brett Kirk, Hamish McLachlan and Basil Zempilas to its AFL commentary team.
Over at Fox the commentary duties will be shared amongst Eddie McGuire, Dermott Brereton, Dwayne Russell, Gerard Healy, Paul Roos, Jason Dunstall, Glen Jakovich, Tony Shaw, David Parkin, Liam Pickering, Matthew Campbell, Danny Frawley, Leigh Colbert, Brad Johnson, Mark Ricciuto, Alastair Lynch, David King and Anthony Hudson.

• Every game shown live on Foxtel and Austar and on Telstra Mobile.
• All 42 matches involving the Brisbane Lions and the Gold Coast Suns broadcast on 7mate, either live or on delay. Home matches near live on free to air and live from Fox Sports on Foxtel and Austar.
• Friday night matches live on 7mate and live from Fox Sports on Foxtel and Austar.
• Three Sunday matches played. All matches to be shown live from Fox Sports on Foxtel and Austar. One match shown live on 7mate.
• Two Saturday night matches played. Both matches shown live from Fox Sports on Foxtel and Austar. One match shown live on 7mate.
• Two Saturday afternoon matches played. Both matches shown live from Fox Sports on Foxtel and Austar. One match shown live on 7mate.
