Candidates can be playing or non playing coaches. There are various coaching roles available.
Successful Candidates will need to demonstrate:
⁃ The desire for personal and team success, with a focus on player retention
⁃ Mentoring, communication and leadership skills
⁃ Strong knowledge of the game, development of game plans and training techniques
⁃ High level of team, time and organisation management
⁃ Compliance with RTAFC policies and procedures
⁃ AFL Coaching Accreditation to a suitable level
