Redland-Victoria Point Sharks are inviting expressions of interest from those interested in the head coaching position for the QFAW team who will compete in the Division 2 south competition for the 2023 season.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for the long term success of the pathway and be able to foster strong development in an enjoyable and inclusive environment.
All applicants are expected to have great communication skills, demonstrated knowledge and ability in AFL, along with a minimum Level 1 coaching certification and a current Blue Card (or an ability to obtain one) is required.
We also want our head coach to be able to work in a collaborative manner with the clubs senior men’s and youth coaches.
With a great participation base coming through our clubs juniors we think this is a terrific role for someone who is willing to grow it with a long term view.
