Position: Football Manager
Role Criteria:
– Applicants to have demonstratable football knowledge
– Co-ordinate all match-day operational & logistical needs of a QAFLW team
– Oversee & facilitate all coaching group requirements
– Ability to delegate & engage volunteers for match-day functions
– Strong understanding of QAFLW match-day operations & requirements – Exceptional communication skills
The Person:
– Knowledge & passion for women’s football
– Strong organisational & management skills
– Ability to maintain standards & implement strong support systems
– Great inter-personal skills & ability to grow/foster relationships
