Mayne Tigers AFC – E.O.I Coaching Roles for Season 2025

Following on from its successful centenary year, Mayne AFC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced, talented and passionate coaching staff to join our club.

Mayne Tigers AFC is one of SEQ oldest and successful clubs in the Queensland Football Association, being founded in 1924, we are looking to accept expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates or the following roles:

● Women’s Coach for Division 2 North

● Men’s Reserve Grade Coaching staff Division 1

● Men’s Friday Night Competition Assistant / Co Coaches Division 4

Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful track record, be suitably qualified (minimum of level 1 coaching) and a willingness to work with Mayne’s football departments which also includes third party Strength and Conditioning programs plus liaising with the club’s general committee to develop and deliver high quality community football.

Former or current players who would be interested in developing their coaching skills (despite not having qualification or experience) are also encouraged to make their interest known, as the club places a high level of benefit promoting and developing from within the playing group.

The club is open to expressions of interest that may involve playing coach and or co-coaching roles.

There is an emphasis on working with youth and emerging talent in both men’s and women’s programs.

The club is located at Mott Street, Gaythorne, sharing its facilities with the Everton Junior Wolves AFC. The role would require commitment to the preseason sessions scheduled for late 2024 and early 2025.

Initial responses or questions can be directed to President Cam Shaw via email Management@maynetigers.com.au or 0488 998 274.
