AFL Papua New Guinea have a gap in their representative calender and are looking for an Australian club senior side to considering travelling to Port Moresby for a seven-day tour at the end of the season.
AFL PNG would assist with the itinerary, which would include a three-day Kokoda Track trek, sportsman’s night, golf day, Bomana cemetery and markets tour, AFL grand final function and a game against the PNG representative squad.
The dates that AFL PNG are looking at are the week starting Friday 30 September.
“It is a great end-of-season trip and once-only life experience,” said AFL Oceania boss Andrew Cadzow.
