Take Sophie Wheeler and Sam Cairns (pictured) – Sophie started as a Metro South Casual and now acts as Competition Administration Lead. Sam began his journey with the AFL as a Metro North Casual and now works as a Development Coordinator.
We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic, passionate and engaging people just like Sophie and Sam to join our 2023 casual workforce.
As an AFL Game Development Officer, you’ll play a key role in helping grow footy participation in Queensland through the delivery of fun and engaging NAB AFL Auskick, junior and schools football programs.
What we need? An availability of 2-3 days or several afternoons (2:30-4:30pm) to work, a Working with Children Check, driver’s license and access to a car.
There’s on the job training to ensure our programs are delivered to a diverse range of audiences in a safe, consistent, and inclusive way.
