– Coach the Senior Men’s Team (Match Day, Training {at least twice weekly} & Pre-Season)
– Develop a football program that develops players’ technical skills, physical attributes & general football knowledge
– Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
– Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
Mandatory Requirements:
– Minimum Level 1 coaching Accreditation, with ambitions to complete Level 2 (If not already achieved)
– Blue Card, or committed to obtaining one.
– High Standards, Strong Leadership Qualities & possess the ability to communicate positively and effectively with a playing group
– Be passionate about player development
– Assist with player recruitment and retention as well as attract support staff that align with the Club values (respect, discipline, Brotherhood)
– Work collaboratively with other coaching and support staff and the club’s committee
– Abide by the League’s Code of Conduct
– Support and promote club events
