The Bushrangers jumped the Kookaburras in the opening term with crumbing forward Max Beattie booting three goals as the city side opened a 17-point lead.
After a second-term arm-wrestle, the Bushrangers booted eight goals to one after the long break to win 13.9 (87) to 3.5 (23).
Midfielders Adam Oxley and Josh Breukers were outstanding for the victors, playing a lead role in setting up the early lead and dominating after halftime.
The Kookaburras played on Wednesday while the Bushrangers enjoyed a seven-day break, and it showed after halftime.
Henry Joyce and Jy Bohm tried hard for the Kookaburras, but they were simply outgunned by a superior combination.
The victorious Bushrangers have been champions at every level, having won the Under 14 title in 2006, the Under 16 championship in 2008, and the big one in Under 18s this year.
