The Collingwood Park Power JAFC is holding a club Community Gala Day on Saturday March 3.
The event will run from 10-11am with a free sausage sizzle provided.
Regional AFLQ staff will run skills sessions with inflatable fields, games and prizes.
Collingwood Park is looking for players for under 6 to under 16 teams.
“The day is a great opportunity for the community of Collingwood Park to come together, have fun and support the club,” Club secretary Elly Tomkins said.
“It’s designed to give the kids a taste of a real Australian sport and hopefully they will sign up.”
The event will be held at the Power’s home ground Peter Phelan Oval on Moreton Avenue at Redbank Plains and is open to anyone.
Volunteers and supporters of Collingwood Park will also be recognised.
