Much like the players, the Gold Coast SUNS Academy is seeking expressions of interest from some talented coaches and support staff to enter the SUNS Academy. Particularly those looking to further their careers and development.
Our Purpose:
“To deliver supportive high performing programs across the SUNS Academy zone that allows everyone involved to feel a sense of belonging to our club, grow as people and achieve their full potential.”
Coaches will form part of an exclusive GC SUNS Coaching Academy Program, they will have the opportunity to progress through the Talent Coaching Pathway and can even be exposed to National Talent Programs.
They will also have access to our elite facilities, along with some exciting new exclusive resources and will receive suitable SUNS Academy apparel.

When expressions of interest close, candidates will receive job descriptions (to help better understand the roles along with some selection criteria). Then candidates will be shortlisted and an interview process will likely follow. Lastly coaching appointments will be made and coaches will begin the journey with the Gold Coast SUNS.
