Our men’s team have seen great success over the past 24 months and we are looking forward to a new challenge in being elevated to Division 1. We are also making enquiries with players and coaches as to fielding a Division 3 team on Friday nights.
As such, we are now looking for a Coaching Team to work with our Committee to take on the roles of:-
– Head Coach – Reserves;
– Assistant Coach – Reserves;
– Head Coach – Division 3;
– Assistant Coach – Division 3.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability in AFL, along with a minimum level 1 certification and a current Blue Card (or an ability to obtain one) is required. Any applicants will have strong communication and mentoring skills, experience as an AFL coach. All applicants must have the desire to work closely with our committee, Junior, Senior Men’s and Women’s Coaching teams to establish a good club coaching environment.
Assistant Coaches will be responsible for a line group (i.e. defenders, midfielders or forwards) and will be contribution to developing a part of gameplay relating to their line group (i.e. defence, stoppages or scoring).
These roles will commence from November 2022 and availability for Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturdays is important.
