Our women’s program was established in 2016 and we have experienced continued success since. We are now looking for a Coaching Team to work with our Committee to take our women’s team to the next level!
Demonstrated knowledge and ability in AFL, along with a minimum level 1 certification and a current Blue Card (or an ability to obtain one) is required. Any applicants will have strong communication and mentoring skills, experience as an AFL, and preferably, an AFLW coach. All applicants must have the desire to work closely with our committee, Junior and Men’s Coaching teams to establish a good club coaching environment.
Assistant Coaches will be responsible for a line group (i.e. defenders, midfielders or forwards) and will be contribution to developing a part of gameplay relating to their line group (i.e. defence, stoppages or scoring).
These roles will commence from November 2022 and availability for Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturdays is important.
