Jindalee AFC Senior Men Head Coach – QFA Division 2

Jindalee Football and Netball Club is a diverse and inclusive community football and netball club based in Jindalee Qld.

We currently have over 650 playing members across netball and football, with over 450 footballers competing across Footy for Fun, Youth Boys, Youth Girls, Senior Men and Senior Women.

Our men’s teams currently compete in QFA division 2 North Seniors and Reserves and we are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Senior Men’s Head Coach (Plying or Non-Playing) for 2024.

This role will primarily be accountables on the following:

– Overall Planning and Review of the Senior Men Football Program
– Gameday Planning and Performance
– Improvement of existing plater performance and youth development pathway
– Build connection and development of a young playing list
– Assist in planning and recruitment of quality players and assistant coaches

In addition to the direct football related activities, it would also be expected that the Senior Coach attend and encourage player attendance to club functions across the Senior and Junior space to foster an inclusive, one club culture.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will have or be willing to undertake a Level 2 Accreditation (in 2024) and regularly participate in ongoing professional development.

A suitable remuneration package will be negotiated.

With a view to assisting in list management and planning for the 2024 season, the successful applicant would begin in the role at their earliest availability.
