WE
Are not looking for someone to just move cones around the field. This is a role whereby we want a candidate to have a hands-on approach. You will be running training drills each week, develop training plans and will have input into our game plan and structure.
Part of our Coaching groups success is being adaptable and open to change to help our players get the best out of themselves. Our players development is our priority, which is why we have had enormous player retention & recruitment over the past two years.
OUR ambition is to be an improved and better team by seasons end and to help our assistant coaches transition into senior coaches.
IF this is you send a brief outline around your AFL experience, why you want to coach and contact information to Shane Dawes at [email protected] or alternatively call 0411 302 925
