Two clubs that have recruited well for the 2011 NEAFL season clash in a pre-season match at Dittmer Park on Saturday.
Mt Gravatt meet Broadbeach (11.30am) for a solid hit-out before the Club Aid Trophy competition begins the following weekend.
The Vultures and Cats have been active in the player market over summer.
Redlands will also get some match practice under their belt against the Brisbane Lions Reserves at Colburn Avenue, Victoria Point on Saturday.
The match will start at the early time of 10.30am.
Southport will hold an intraclub at Fankhauser Reserve on Friday night.
