Successful applicants are required to have:
- Minimum Level 1 Coaching accreditation
- Be able to coaching sessions prepared to implement and conduct on limited notice
- Ability to work and communicate pleasantly with others
- Ability to upskill
- Be flexible with all facets of the game
- Be capable to create and delivery both verbal and written feedback
- To comply with all PBCAFC values and guidelines
