State League footy – live and free!
AFL Queensland is pleased to announce the streaming of both Men’s and Women’s State League Competitions; QAFL and Bond University QAFLW will increase significantly over the 2023 season.
Approximately half of the matches across both competitions will be streamed each week via the AFLQ YouTube Channel.
Each week will feature one fully commentated ‘Match of the Round’ which will rotate around the biggest matchups across the season.
All Senior Finals Series matches will be streamed live in 2023.
All matches not livestreamed will have the replays uploaded to AFLQ YouTube for public viewing.
To launch Round 1, all matches of the QAFL this weekend will be live streamed.
AFL Queensland Competitions Manager Mitch Simpson said the increased and continued coverage will provide Queensland footy fans the best opportunity to watch their teams.
“As the competitions continues to grow, we’re excited to extend the coverage of both the men’s and women’s league,” he said.
“Streaming matches allows us to reach regional, interstate and international audiences, and ultimately improves the reach of our competitions.”
Round One of the QAFL kicks off this Saturday while the Bond University QAFLW commences on Saturday August 15.
