The countdown is on until the first bounce of the 2023 QFA Division 2 North Alpha Sport Premiership season.
Round One will take place on Saturday April 15, where Sandgate will be searching for revenge against Alex Hills who defeated them in the 2022 Preliminary Final.
Round Two will see Sandgate host Redcliffe in a special ANZAC Day clash, while Wynnum will take on Alex Hills in what’s shaping up to be an action-packed weekend.
Finals begin on Saturday August 19, while the Grand Final will be played on Sunday September 10.
QFA Division 2 North Competition Manager, Josh Rhodes, said he was excited to see what the 2023 season would bring.
“With last year’s Premiers, The Hinterland Blues moving up to Division 1 this season – I’m looking forward to seeing who steps up into that number one spot,” he said.
“The competition will celebrate all of the state-wide themed rounds; starting with ANZAC Round in Round Two, Sir Doug Nichols in Rounds Six and Seven and Pride Round in Round 13.”
