About the Club:
First established in 1974 on the Redcliffe peninsula, we are focused on the
Approximately 600 registered players through a full complement of Juniors, Youth (Boys and Girls), Senior Men and Women and Masters, we are a family focussed club with a One Club Culture.
Successful Candidates will need to demonstrate:
⁃ The desire for personal and team success, with a focus on player retention
⁃ Mentoring, communication and leadership skills
⁃ Strong knowledge of the game, development of game plans and training techniques
⁃ High level of team, time and organisation management
⁃ Compliance with RTAFC policies and procedures
⁃ AFL Coaching Accreditation to a suitable level
