Maroochydore coach, Brett Maloney, is in the 60 Secs hot seat this week.
Brett Maloney’s first game as a senior coach was a tough introduction.
As a playing coach, Maloney thought he could do it all, but he soon learnt it was harder than it looked, failing to pick up a touch in his first match.
It didn’t take him too long to find his niche in the coaching stakes, though, leading the Tigers to a grand final in 2006.
Maloney prides himself on his planning abilities and his organisation as a coach.

After playing for and captaining Noosa, Maloney reckons Western Magpie Jimmy Rozynski was his toughest opponent.
Aside from footy, Maloney is a massive cricket fan and would love to have the chance to rub shoulders with former Test captain Steve Waugh one day.
He has already had a pretty amazing cricketing adventure, travelling to the Caribbean for the 2007 Cricket World Cup, but he’s not done yet.
A trip to see an Ashes series in the UK tops his bucket list.
