The Gold Coast SUNS’ last home game in the 2015 Toyota AFL Premiership season, Round 22’s match against Port Adelaide at Metricon Stadium, will double as a fundraising opportunity for senior community football Clubs in South East Queensland.
Senior SEQ Community Football Clubs have the opportunity to purchase adult reserved seating tickets at $15 each and on-sell them for $25, with the GC SUNS donating the proceeds from each adult ticket sold directly back to the Club.
General Manager Stadium, Consumer & Community – Kelly Ryan, welcomed the community-focused initiative.
“The Gold Coast SUNS are thrilled to be in a position to provide fundraising opportunities to senior community football clubs, whilst strengthening club support at grassroots level,” Ryan said.
“Growth of the game is one of our key community charters, therefore we are constantly exploring new and exciting opportunities to assist in the growth and development of AFL football in Queensland.”
This Senior Community Football opportunity is valid for the GC SUNS Round 22 match only and closes on Monday August 24. Limited tickets available.
