AFL Brisbane Juniors umpire, Jessica Stewart, lives and breathes footy.
Playing for Calamvale as a junior, Stewart switched to umpiring this season, keen to be involved in footy in any way.
A fanatical Brisbane Lions supporter, Stewart and her family almost never miss a game and she fell in love with the game almost from birth.
The 18 year-old has flourished with the whistle in hand and looks to have a bright future ahead of her.
Stewart’s immersion in the game is why she was a perfect choice to be involved in the #girlsplaytoo campaign, championing an alternative pathway for women in football.
Check out our chat with her on set of the #girlsplaytoo set.
