The Tweed Coast Tigers are seeking Expressions of Interest for Coaching Roles for 2023. Applicants will be working closely as part of a coaching team alongside newly appointed senior coach Dean Solomon.
Applicants should have at least two years coaching experience and hold current level 2 accreditation, or with intention to complete level 2. A generous remuneration package will be discussed depending on the applicants experience.
Successful applicants will:
– Be working with Dean on the game styling and player education
– Require Tuesday Thursday Saturday commitments to training and game day
– Involve relationship building
– Oversee line coaching appointments and working with the core group of young players on development
– Provide feedback and report to committee in line with the coaching group
