All community football clubs around the country have the chance to win a share of $10,000 thanks to the Volkswagen Grassroots Grants Program.
Back again in 2016, the Swans and Volkswagen have teamed up to give community football clubs the opportunity to win one of 10 grants of $1000.
Last year recipients used the grants to great effect, purchasing new footballs, guernseys and training equipment. Other clubs put the funds towards bigger projects like scoreboard upgrades and goal posts.
Open to junior and senior football clubs, all clubs need to do is visit sydneyswans.com.au/vwgrassrootsgrants and fill out the application form by Sunday 29 May.
