Lastly, it was a great year for our Queensland Sports Turf unit, which manages turf maintenance at a large number of ovals
and other playing fields across South-East Queensland. We assisted a number of community clubs in upgrading their oval surfaces
and landed contracts to construct new ovals at Wynnum and Springfield. The unit’s reputation is such that we have taken on contracts for training fields used by the Brisbane Broncos, Australian Wallabies and Brisbane Roar, which is a big credit to Chris Dalton and his team.
