• Adam Devine retiring after a record 230 games for the Sharks. Davey Burns Magpie era overall record holder 238.
• David James being inducted as a player life member - 10 yrs service plus 150 or more senior games. Currently sits on 190 games.
• The most 100 game players in the comp Glenn Screech 131 , Daniel Wise 149 , Ben Merrett 141 , David James 190 with Kurt Niklaus and Jason Burge both on 99 games.

• Successful hosting of GC SUNS Best and Fairest evening for the third year.
• Succesful hosting of NEAFL Final here V Redland and SEQAFL V Aspley.
